Women’s Therapy Group

If you’re looking to confront your anxieties and worries in order to define your goals and get support in making them come to life - you’ve come to the right place.

Not ready for a group? Individual counseling can be a supportive, comfortable way to get started on improving your health and wellness.


How It Works


Our conversations each week will be centered around one topic of discussion (finances, relationships, family, career, etc.) and we’ll explore how anxiety influences some of these areas. We’ll get comfortable having difficult conversations and being vulnerable!

Discussions and activities will be supplemented by action items to try during the week, with the support and accountability of the group. Instead of just thinking, you’ll find yourself actually doing.


We’ll identify how anxiety, guilt and perfectionism work against you - and then we’ll make a plan for breaking free and accomplishing your goals.

A group email thread will keep everyone connected during the week, for quick check-ins and ongoing support.


The Need to Know …

*Group starts on Thursday, October 3rd

*Group runs for six weeks, through November 7th

*We’ll meet each Thursday from 6pm-7:15pm - feel free to bring your dinner!

*The investment is $45 per group session; payment is due at the time of group. Open View late cancel / no show policies apply to group session fees.
