What to Expect

  1. Our first session will still be in-office or online, so that we can meet and establish our goals and get to know each other.
  2. We will choose a park, such as Sloan’s Lake, and a meeting spot ahead of time.ย It is difficult to change location or switch to outdoors at the last minute due to logistics and scheduling of other sessions.
  3. During outdoors session, we usually walk around the lake. Sometimes, we may stop and sit to chat, or we may bring along a blanket or chairs and chat in the sun or shade.
  4. Outdoors sessions are the same length (50 minutes) and cost (see fees + insurance) as in office or online sessions, unless otherwise discussed.
  5. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from outdoors sessions.
